Sales team education
Effective sales is the basis of the success and stability of every modern company. For this reason, it is extremely important to pay special attention to the development and training of sales personnel. Every sales situation is unique, requires different roles, includes complex tasks and diverse situations that require certain personality traits to be developed.
In this process of improving the skills of our sales team, an educational trainer Saša Karlovčan from the company Proago d.o.o. once again came to our aid.

During the three days of training, Saša made a brief review of the last training on communication and continued to guide our sales representatives on all the essential elements of the sales process. The representatives of the sales team learned how to properly prepare for sales interviews and how to become more adept at meeting the needs of today's customers using various sales techniques.
The entire Hidro-rad sales team took the training very seriously, but at the same time as a fun way of learning how to properly approach a customer and have all the characteristics of a good salesperson. Of course, just like the previous time, there was also an informal gathering of our employees and the educational coach, where they exchanged impressions and hopes and wishes for further continuous personal and professional development.
Motivated by the newly acquired knowledge and the desire for better communication with our current and future customers, our sales team is embarking on new sales challenges with greater strength!
